Refund policy
- At Nidra Vibe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are here to help. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund.

2. How to Start a Return

Important: If your return is accepted, we will send you specific instructions on how and where to send your package.

DO NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping label. That is not our fulfillment center, and your return will not be processed there.

* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. To speed up the process, please include:

Your order number.

Clear photos or a short video showing the issue.
In many cases, we may offer a full refund or a free replacement without requiring you to ship the item back.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods (like used essential oils or opened filters). Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

5. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return (if applicable). If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
