  1. Shipping Rates & Delivery
     Free Standard Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $50.00 USD.

  •  Standard Shipping: For orders under $50.00 USD, a flat rate of $6.95 USD will be applied at checkout.

  • 2. Processing Times
     All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.

  •  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • 3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
    You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  • 4. Delivery Estimates
     Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

  •  Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur depending on the carrier and location.

  • 5. Damages
    Nidra Vibe™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
